A worthwhile and productive activity for your company retreat is a culture audit. The culture audit asks each team member, including the team leader, to respond to a series of confidential questions. The collective data provides a snapshot of what’s working well within the organization, and where the team gets “stuck.”
Re-balancing team talent never ends. And once you have the right people in the right spot, paddling in motion with everyone else on the team, things begin to happen. A great example of directing your team is in setting clear goals: Measurable and specific goals for which everyone feels ownership.
